Klint Knueppel (President)

Klint received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.  Prior to his current position, Klint served as the Manager of Product Development in the Retirement Plan Services group at Strong Financial in Menomonee Falls, WI.  His responsibility included overseeing the major product development efforts in the Retirement Plan Services business group.  Klint is on the Board of Directors of Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, on the Advisory Board of Local Initiative Support Corp in Milwaukee, a Member of the Harambee Great Neighborhoods Executive Steering Committee, and Co-founder of the Flying Knueppel Brothers Basketball Club.  Klint has this to say about his service to Lighthouse, "I love outreach organizations because of how dynamic they can be.  I also love working with organizations that actually do things and not just talk about them ... and have passionate leadership that is good at what they do.  Top all that off with the opportunity to bring even one person to the peace that I feel in Christ ... there are not many things that can match that".  Klint and his wife, Amy, are members at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waukesha.  They have 3 children.

Benjamin Traucht (Secretary)
Business Process Consultant, DSSI, a Direct Supply, Inc. company

Benjamin Traucht is currently a Business Process Consultant with DSSI, a Direct Supply, Inc. company.  He delivers solutions that maximize profitability and cost efficiency for clients by starting with people and process and continuing with the correct application of technology. Benjamin co-founded the Direct Supply Government Sales Division. He quickly expanded this division’s business into bidding and contracts and continued into a senior role in becoming the company’s first Government Specialist. His dedication and performance as a partner led to such corporate recognition as the Quality Achievement Award, his selection by senior management as the team’s Project Management Tool Expert, and voted by peers to the Independent Sales Advisory Board. Benjamin is involved with volunteering and leading work for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin.  His work includes the inaugural Milwaukee inter-corporate Resource Generation team in 2007.  He was selected as one of Milwaukee's Top 100 Young Professionals in the FUEL Milwaukee Service Circuit, 2007. Benjamin is a member of Atonement Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Serving Lighthouse is something Benjamin describes as an opportunity that is exciting, full of energy, and humbling.

Jim Cyganiak (Treasurer)
Business Owner, Quality Air Forwarding, Inc.

Jim Cyganiak is the business owner and president of Quality Air Forwarding, Inc. in Milwaukee. He graduated from UW-Madison in 1984 in Business Administration. He is a member of St. Paul’s in Franklin, where he is the chairman of the mission/vision task force. Jim’s committee is in charge of managing their new worship facility project and stewardship consulting firm. Jim and his wife, Karen, have 3 children.

 

 

Milton Cockroft
Director, Pathways to College

Milton Cockroft is the Director of Pathways to College, a program of Wisconsin Lutheran College.  Prior to his work at WLC, Milton worked for 21 years with SBC/AT&T.  Milton is a board member at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, a past board member of the Hope Schools (Milwaukee), and a past host of "Time of Grace".  Milton is further involved in the AT&T Community Network.  Milton appreciates Lighthouse because he "can make a tangible difference in the life of a child that under normal circumstances would not have had certain services or opportunities that LYC provides".  Milton and his wife Deneice are members at Atonement Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.

Brandon Wigley
Campus Pastor , Wisconsin Lutheran High School

Brandon Wigley is the Campus Pastor at Wisconsin Lutheran High School. His duties include reaching out to unchurched students and families, teaching, mentoring, coaching, and counseling. Prior to his work at WLHS, Brandon was a parish pastor and a law enforcement officer. He also serves on the board of directors for Associated Pregnancy Services, Inc. Brandon is a graduate of Martin Luther College and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. " I am eager to be involved with organizations that invest in our Milwaukee youth. They need to know that they are somebody in Christ, and that they can be a light to others as well." Brandon, Lisa, and his 3 children live in Milwaukee and worship at Atonement Lutheran Church.
