Musky fishing tournament
will be on Pewaukee Lake in the morning. Participants will launch from Smokey’s Muskie shop.

 

 


For those who do not want to fish
, there will be pontoon boat rides during the tournament. Tickets can also be bought for the dinner and auctions only.


Silent auction with appetizers:
5:00 pm at Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha.

Dinner: 7:00 pm at Country Springs Hotel. Live auction will follow dinner.

Dinner only: $50

Fishing and dinner: $125

Non-fishing pontoon ride and dinner: $125

Tournament Program


Mandatory sign-in is required for all contestants between 8:00 am and 9:00am at Smokey’s Muskie Shop.

Each entrant is required to sign a waiver release of liability prior to fishing. This fundraiser tournament will begin promptly at 9:00am on Pewaukee Lake.

The tournament ends at 3:30pm. Immediately following the tournament, entrants will then proceed to the Country Springs Resort for dinner, silent auction, live auction, and fishing awards.

Entry fee includes commemorative gift, door prizes, lunch, and dinner. Beer and soft drinks will be available.

The entry fee for this fundraising tournament will be $125 per person.

The tournament will be limited to 120 entrants.

 

Tournament Rules and Regulations


  1. Live bait and trolling will not be allowed.
  2. Two lines per boat/team.
  3. Only two anglers per boat/team will be allowed.
  4. When a team has measured two muskies they will be done fishing for the tournament.
  5. Tournament hours will be from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  6. Each angler will be required to abide by all State of Wisconsin fishing and boating regulations.
  7. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age or fish with a parent or legal guardian.
  8. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in tournament boats during tournament hours.
  9. All tournament boats must maintain 100 foot intervals.
  10. You may not leave the water during tournament hours except at designated areas noted at pre-tournament meeting.
  11. All legal size muskies 34 inches or larger will be measured to the nearest 1/4" One point will be awarded for each inch. (Example a fish measuring 41 3/4" will count as 41.75 points.)
  12. 10 point will be deducted for any kept or non-releasable fish.
  13. In the case of a tie. The first tiebreaker will be the biggest fish. (Example 44" & 34" would beat 43" & 35") The second tiebreaker would be the time of the official measure of fish number one. The third and final tiebreaker would be coin toss.
