LYC Friday Night Dinners
Thank you for your curiosity about serving dinner at LYC! Here is some information that will help
you prepare.
What we need:
Food for 20-40 individuals, NOT including those in your group (individual campuses will provide you a more specific head count)
Main meal, sides, dessert, and beverages are appreciated
Plates, napkins, and utensils
Lay out the food and pour beverages
Serve the meal as youth come through the food line
Assistance with clean-up after the meal is appreciated
Logistics:
Dinner typically begins at 5:30 PM, immediately following devotion
Devotion begins at 5:00 – your group is welcome to join us in worship!
Please arrive early, giving your group sufficient time to prepare the meal
Whenever possible, all meal preparation should be done prior to arriving at LYC
LYC staff will be available to answer any questions and assist you
